A product that operates and loads Display Glass & Film between customer line processes.
For the part for loading glass & film, high-performance plastics (Engineering Plastics) and Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) composite materials are used to minimize product damage, optimizing product weight reduction and line operation by assembling AL and SUS parts.
With the use of CAE Analysis and optimal design to improve rigidity and performance, it is possible to distribute the load when loading GLASS, compensating for vibration and deflection of GLASS & Film compared to other companies.
Customized design is available according to customer's line environment, responding to other additional conditions.

Large and medium-size CST cells are used for 20"- 65" panels, and a horizontal insertion type is applied to the larger size panel of this product, and it is conveyed by a stocker.
